At Azure, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip inside the package.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
